| Ms. Mentock-Barken's 7th grade science class attempts to wait out the clouds for a view of the sun in Hydrogen-Alpha. Not much luck with the solar views. BUT..... that evening proved to be the best evening viewing to date with the WYTEC mobile observatory! The seeing conditions were incredibly stable and parents and students were presented with amazing views of Jupiter, Saturn, the moon, AND comet Ikeya-Zha. Over 130 parents and students enjoyed the viewing that evening. |
